Dreadful service yet again! last week at the drive through our order was short of our popcorn chicken. This week we decided to go into the restuarant and order from the counter to make sure that all our order was in place. To our absolute disgust we got home to no popcorn chicken in our variety box. I actually saw the lad get the popcorn chicken so i was assured it was in our bag. we drove home only to find no popcorn! after an age trying to get through on the phone I was told i couldn't speak to the manager and for a wee lassy to tell me the next time i'm in i can get my popcorn chicken and a 20% discount, this discount will not be getting used as i will never buy from them again!!

i have jst bought a colnels meal,it was absolutley discusting,the chips wer cold,for the few tat was in the bag and the 2 pieces of chicken were dripping with grease that much the coating was that soggy it was hanging off the chicken, this is the 2nd time the food from this restaurant has been bad, now im complaining,apart from the fact that wen i went in the girl kirsty was chatting,and made no attempt to serve myself or the customer behind me,eventually another girl came round and asked her why shes not serving, her reply was that she was chatting, i think this is a disgrace,i will not be back to this restaurant,and i wont be recommending it to anyone i know in future,a big thumbs down for kfc
