I was verbally assaulted outside my work this morning by a Parcelforce driver who decided he had the right to abuse me for where I was parked. I don't think this individual should be allowed anywhere near the public as his behaviour, and language was extremely unpleasant and threatening. He had no reason to approach and confront me in such a manner. I think Parcelforce needs to teach its drivers how to interact properly with the public. This driver should be sacked as he's not fit to represent the company.

Failed to deliver originally despite my being on premises! Failed to redeliver despite confirming delivery arrangements by telephone 3 days previously and providing me with a redelivery no.
Have failed to respond to my enquiries as to status of parcel. Absolutely useless. I refused to ever use Parcelforce or buy from any supplier who did for a number of years as they were consistently unable to find my previous address, which was a rural location Sadly still a totally dire service even right in city centre.
