I'm astonished anyone would go to the one in Buchanan St. My daughter has just been. It cost £200 and she left in tears. It took a further £280 to get the damage sorted. Be very wary. The Manager a Mr Leo MacCallum turns a good deaf ear and the lauded customer care is, in my experience, massively unsatisfactory. I can recommend walking past the door.

My first appointment was for a cut and colour with Renee. The cut was excellent and the colour suited me perfectly. I will definately return. The staff are so nice. I throughly enjoyed my experience and look forward to my next appointment.
