My brother,Robert, was a patient in ICU for 3 weeks where, unfortunately,he passed away due to complications following a stem cell transplant. His family and friends have nothing but praise for the staff who cared for him. Robert, who was a Staff Nurse himself said it was the best ward he had ever seen and the staff always had a laugh with him,but when called upon their professionalism shone through. I think that is how it should be. We thank you all in ICU. (5/5)

In January 2010 I was admitted to level 10, then moved to level 8, the onto the stroke unit within Glasgow Western Infirmary, at all times the staff were very curtious, and friendly, the really seemed to care and couldnt do enought to help. The food was very good, and there was a good variety. No one wishes to go into hospital ,but if you have to the the Western is the one I would attend. (5/5)
